Nathan Mazur is married with a 2 year old son, and a 3 month old son. He first invested in Detroit real estate in 2002, and brings a wealth of business knowledge to the company both in real estate, and business in general. His broad marketing experience helps the company stay on the cutting edge of technology, and allows the company to generate returns quickly for investors, and enables us to always buy properties at the lowest possible prices. Our business process involves a constant marketing machine, developed by Mr. Mazur, which brings qualified tenants, investors, and foreclosures to our desk on a daily basis.
Mike and Nanette Simmons are the parents of two daughters and one son. Both were born and raised in Metro Detroit. They have been investing in Michigan real estate since 2008. In a short amount of time, they have built a very successful business buying, renovating and selling real estate in the Detroit area. Their primary focus is on building solid relationships and creating profitable business partnerships, and that has helped them quickly make a name for themselves in the Metro Detroit real estate market.
